Open the package using dry palms, and peel again the foil from the pill blister (do not push the pill by way of the foil). Permit the disintegrating tablet to dissolve in your mouth with out chewing. If desired, you may drink liquid to assist swallow the dissolved pill. Measure liquid medicine with the dosing syringe offered, or with a particular dose-measuring spoon or medication cup. If you wouldn't have a dose-measuring gadget, ask your pharmacist for one. Do not use prednisolone in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than really helpful. I would goal for no less than 12 weeks if muscle progress is your main objective
