Without sufficient levels of testosterone, the muscle-building process may be slower and less efficient. This is why many individuals choose to stack dianabol with exogenous testosterone to maximize their muscle gains. It is also important to note that dianabol can have androgenic side effects even when taken with testosterone. These side effects can include oily skin, acne, hair growth, and an increased risk of male pattern baldness.
